Terms and Fees
Surveys for Unigroup SOLD orders that originate from Cameron, Willacy, Starr or Hidalgo Counties will be performed for standard origin commission. Surveys for UNSOLD Unigroup orders will be charged 50% of the origin + booking commission. Unless our agency is hired to perform full packing and origin services, surveys for all other orders will charged the fees stated below. Unless reasonable prior notice is received, the fee for the survey and any premium services will still be charged if the customer doesn’t keep the appointment. Surveys beyond Cameron, Willacy, Starr or Hidalgo Counties will be subject to the mileage charges and ALL surveys performed at times other than normal business hours and days will be subject to the premium service charges. By performing surveys outside our market area, our agency does not necessarily agree to pack and protect those orders.

Other counties within 100 mi $225
Other counties within 200 mi $350
Premium Services
After Hours (5PM) – Fee + $50
Weekends – Fee + $100
Holidays – Fee + $150
For the stated fees, we will –
Contact the customer within 24 hours
Conduct a thorough survey/inventory
Estimate packing and crating
Note any unusual circumstances
Promptly email (.pdf) or fax the results
NOTE: All requests for same-day surveys require 48 hours advance notice. : )
